• The hospital has one main reception and three reception desks
  Reception Staff.
  The following staff is available during OPD timings and normal business hours.
• Duty doctor.
• Staff nurses.
• Porters / Ward boys.
• Cleaners.
  
• The reception area is very spacious and airy.
• The waiting patients and their attendants enjoy the splendid view of the hospital gardens.
• All the receptions of AIH have split air conditioners and heaters.
• The main reception area has its own large television screen.
• Mineral water dispenser provides both cold / hot water to the patients and their attendants while waiting.
• Refreshments are also served in the reception by the AIH cafeteria.
• Male and Female toilets are conveniently located adjacent to all the receptions and waiting areas.
• The reception areas are non smoking.
